School Nurse

**Position**:School Nurse**
**Location**: Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Rajgarh, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh
**Accommodation**: On-campus accommodation with meals provided

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first aid and immediate care to students and staff in case of illness or injury.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per doctor’s instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records of all students, including medical history, vaccinations, and allergies.
- Monitor students with chronic health issues and coordinate with parents and healthcare providers as needed.
- Promote hygiene, nutrition, and wellness through awareness programs and preventive care.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the school infirmary and medical equipment.
- Accompany students to the hospital or clinic during medical emergencies and provide necessary support.
- Maintain stock of basic medicines and first-aid supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in organizing health check-ups, vaccination camps, and medical screenings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Nursing (GNM or B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized institution; must be registered with the Nursing Council.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or educational institution.
- **Skills**:

- Strong clinical and emergency response skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Good communication and record-keeping abilities.
- Empathetic and child-friendly approach to healthcare.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to reside on campus and be available for medical emergencies at all times.
- Flexibility to work during school hours, weekends, or nights as needed.
- Adaptability to the environment and needs of a residential school.

**Application Process**:
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
