The experience in B2C business especially bakery|confectionery|restaurant|retail is highly desirable
- **Major responsibilities**:_
- To attend the inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiry and placing orders_
- Understand the customers requirement and be alert alternative solutions to match the customer's requirement_
- Fill in the order details in requisite formats_
- Coordinate with the team to ensure the orders are dispatched as per schedule_
- Attend walk-in customers to book their orders_
- Assist the floor team in daily operations on the floor_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
