**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development & Delivery**:

- Plan, develop, and deliver effective physical education lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Design age-appropriate activities and fitness programs that cater to varying skill levels and abilities.
- Incorporate a variety of sports, exercises, and games to keep students motivated and active.
- **Student Engagement & Development**:

- Teach fundamental skills in sports and physical activities.
- Foster teamwork, discipline, and leadership through group activities and games.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Promote healthy habits and fitness awareness.
- **Classroom & Equipment Management**:

- Ensure the safety of students during physical activities by following safety protocols.
- Maintain sports equipment and facilities, ensuring proper storage and upkeep.
- Organize and oversee extracurricular sports programs, tournaments, and field events.
- **Behavioral & Social Development**:

- Instill values of fair play, respect, and discipline through sportsmanship.
- Address any behavioral or disciplinary issues in accordance with school policies.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with other teachers and school staff to coordinate events and activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress and performance.
- Prepare reports and maintain student records.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- **Certification**: Teaching certification/license as per regional requirements.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience in Physical Education or Sports Coaching.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of sports rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages and skill levels.
- Proficiency in first aid and CPR (preferred).
