**Role Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement across all leading social media platforms.
- Create visually appealing graphics and content that align with the company's branding and messaging.
- Write engaging digital content for social media platform-specific content tailored to the audience.
- Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Track social media performance metrics and provide daily reports on campaign success, engagement, and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Completed bachelor's in Marketing, Business Management Studies (BMS), Business Administration (BBA), or any related field.
- Portfolio of previous work to demonstrate skills or a certification in Digital Marketing would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, etc.) and the ability to manage and optimise campaigns.
- Creative and has an ability to think outside the box to enhance content and engagement strategies.
- Excellent written communication with a passion for social media trends and marketing.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
