Job Title: Industrial Designer

Location: Manesar, Gurgaon

Work Schedule: Full-Time (Mon to Fri)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop innovative product concepts using advanced software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to meet client specifications and market needs.
- Create precise technical drawings and 3D renderings for various products, ensuring clarity and accuracy in design specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments (engineering, marketing, and production) to ensure designs align with brand aesthetics and meet quality standards.
- Create functional prototypes for testing and client presentations.
- Maintain well-organized and accessible design files and documentation for internal use, ensuring proper version control and data integrity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, implementing relevant insights into design work to enhance product appeal and functionality.
- Work with various materials, understanding their properties and manufacturing processes to inform design decisions and optimize product performance.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project budgets and deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks on designs and prototypes to ensure they meet industry standards and client expectations before production.

Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial design field, a strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of innovative product designs.
- Expertise in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Rhino, with experience in 3D modeling and rendering.
- Familiarity with prototyping techniques, including 3D printing and traditional prototyping methods.
- Strong capabilities in creating detailed technical drawings and 3D renderings to communicate design intent effectively.
- Knowledge of various materials, their properties, and appropriate manufacturing processes, including plastic molding and metal fabrication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, demonstrating adaptability and openness to feedback.
- Keen understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform and inspire design work.
- High level of precision and attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in all design documentation and prototypes.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
