Job Responsibilities
- Providing the service to the customer as per service Policy
- To collect Customer Feedback
- Handling Replacement Claims
- Handling Service Warranty Claims
- Rectifying the defective units
- Handling Dealers & Distributors units
- Defective Spares sending to HO on time
- Indent for Required Spares
- Planning the maximum complaints on the same root
- Avoiding repeat visits to same complaint
Should be ready to handle both Nellore and Prakasam district on call basis
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ongole, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- total work: 4 years (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (preferred)
