**Main Purpose of the Role**:
This role will be responsible for managing the IT Enterprise Testing Test Manager service used by the EW1 PGT Automation Testing team and the Development and Delivery organization. This role ensures that projects are managed and executed in a consistent way, globally, leveraging tools and best practices.

**Accountabilities**:
1. Supporting defining and evolving the test management service offering across PepsiCo EW1 PGT Automation Program.
2. Managing resources contractor via a managed service contract.
3. Managing test management escalations ( level 1) from engagement and delivery lead.
4. Lead test Automation and ensure deliverables meet schedule and quality.
5. Managing tool usage optimization and reporting standards.
6. Assist in ad hoc project work relative to test management.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Years of Exp**:
A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required. Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred.
- Good experience working with testing tools (Microfocus ALM, Azure DevOps, UFT, Worksoft, LoadRunner, etc.)

**Knowledge/Expertise**
- throughout PepsiCo.
- Minimum 5-8 years in IT Automation testing.
- Ability to work collaboratively across project teams.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Requires fluent English communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Strong influencing, facilitating and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization. and across departments.

**High level of understanding desired in**:

- Unified Functional Test: non-sap Automated functional testing tool.
- Digital.ai SeeTest: Mobile Automated Testing Tool.
- Cloud-based Test Automator for Mobile Apps.
- LoadRunner & Performance: Simulate multiple users sessions.

**Mandatory Skills**:
Strong skills in:

- Application Lifecycle Management: Track test plans, sets, defects.
- Azure DevOps: Agile Delivery, Build, & CI/CD.
- Worksoft Certify: SAP Automation testing tool.

**Non Mandatory Skills**:

- Demonstrates ability to communicate with all levels of the organization effectively.
- Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers.
