Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) - Night Shift

Location: Noida

**Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and communicative individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Support Executives for our Voice Process. This position offers a night shift schedule and is open to freshers with exceptional communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

2. Provide information, resolve queries, and offer solutions to customer concerns.

3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

4. Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and objectives.

5. Document and update customer records accurately in the system.

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

2. Ability to work efficiently during night shifts.

3. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

4. Freshers are welcomed; previous customer service experience is a plus.

5. Basic computer proficiency.
