**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and lead a team of production workers.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of production goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- **Production Oversight**:

- Monitor daily production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet demand.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- **Quality Control**:

- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure products meet specifications.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to minimize defects.
- Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct safety training and drills for employees.
- Investigate accidents and implement preventive measures.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and reduce waste.
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and Kaizen events.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain management.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance to management.

Pay: ₹15,216.69 - ₹22,000.00 per month
