**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute **end-to-end digital marketing strategies** to increase brand visibility, leads, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize **Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid campaigns** for maximum ROI.
- Plan and run **social media campaigns** with engaging content and targeted ads.
- Perform in-depth **SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)** to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify opportunities.
- Create and manage **monthly marketing calendars** aligned with business goals.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like **Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Search Console**, etc.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 1.5 **years of hands-on experience** in digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads & Social Media).
- Strong expertise in **search engine optimization, paid ads strategy, and campaign execution**.
- Deep understanding of **Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Analytics tools**.
- Ability to **create strategies from scratch** and execute them independently.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and content planning skills.

**Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)**
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and influencer collaborations.
- Experience with marketing automation & CRM tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
