- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and

close sales. - Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. - Achieve and exceed monthly targets and KPIs. - Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
