We are seeking a talented **Product & Graphics Designer** with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience to join our team. Your role will involve designing logos, brands, themes, websites, web apps, marketplaces, and e-commerce sites, ensuring exceptional attention to detail, usability, and aesthetics. Experience in packaging and product design, such as designing pouches, will be a bonus.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Branding & Identity Design**
- Create compelling logos, brand guidelines, and visual themes.
- Design marketing collateral that reflects the company’s vision.
- **Web & Product Design**
- Design user-friendly, visually appealing websites, web apps, and e-commerce platforms.
- Focus on **human-computer interaction (HCI)** and usability principles for creating seamless user experiences.
- **Attention to Detail**
- Ensure precise attention to colors, typography, layouts, and overall aesthetics.
- Deliver designs that resonate with users and align with business objectives.
- **Optional (Bonus Skills)**
- Create packaging designs for products, such as pouches and other materials.

**Skills & Experience**
- **Required**
- a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product as well as graphics design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work in branding, web design, and graphic design.
- Expertise in tools like **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma), Canva**.
- Knowledge of **UX principles** and design standards.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute designs with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- **Preferred**
- Experience in designing packaging, product labels, or marketing materials.
- Basic understanding of frontend design principles or collaboration with developers.
