**Job Title**: Primary English Teacher
**Location**: Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh
**Qualification**: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)
**Experience**: 2-5 years of teaching experience
**Gender Preference**: Female
**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**
- Teach English to primary school students (Classes 1 to 5) using interactive and student-centered methods.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and learning objectives.
- Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize classroom activities that enhance reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Maintain discipline in the classroom and create a supportive atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong instructional and classroom management skills.
- Ability to use creative teaching aids and digital tools.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in CBSE/ICSE/State curriculum.
- Training in child psychology or modern teaching techniques is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
