**Location**: Gurugram
**Experience Required**: 3-6 years
**Qualification**: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Draftsmanship or equivalent

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed **HVAC drawings, layouts, and schematics** using AutoCAD.
- Draft plans for **ducting, piping, and equipment layouts** as per design inputs.
- Convert **design sketches/markups** into technical drawings.
- Ensure drawings are **accurate, clear, and compliant** with project specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain and update drawing records, revisions, and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate with **engineers, site teams, and vendors** for design clarifications.
- Assist in **BOQs, material take-offs, and shop drawings** preparation.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of **HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and equipment layouts.**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory).
- Ability to read and interpret **mechanical drawings, plans, and specifications.**:

- Good understanding of **MEP coordination** and construction practices.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

**Preferred Background**:

- Experience in **MEP/Construction industry.**:

- Exposure to **commercial, industrial, or residential projects.**
