Job Description Roles & Duties - Sales Coordinator
- Coordination with Operations team for Machine dispatch.
- Co-ordination with Application team for samples and update sales team.
- Coordination with customer for Payment
- Coordination with customers for the documents required for dispatch.
- Preparing & Sending the Proposal for Machine/Spares if required.
- Aligning technical Call/Demo, if required
- Vendor Registration/NDA
- Releasing Job sheet or issue slip for order received.
- Preparing MOM for the Internal Meeting done.
- Sending Order Acknowledgement to Customer.
- Helping Team members/Customers with the documents required.
- Making Review presentations if required.
- Preparing Tender documents & filing the same through online/Offline process as per customer requirement
- Check the Installation & Service report received from the client and highlight if any remarks which have to be addressed

Experience 2 - 3 years experience

**Educational Qualifications** -Graduates

Computer Literacy - Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation Technical Skills or Knowledge of specific tools.

Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage
