- Good communication and organizational skills
- Must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Coordinating with different departments and ensuring office supplies availability
- Assisting HR and accounts departments when required
- Maintaining attendance and employee records
- Taking follow-ups and handling vendor communication
