**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**EPF Compliance**:

- Ensure accurate calculation and timely remittance of EPF contributions.
- File monthly and annual EPF returns and manage employee claims as needed.

**Professional Tax (PT)**:

- Calculate PT deductions accurately and ensure timely remittance to the respective authorities.
- Maintain compliance with state-specific PT rules and regulations.

**Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)**:

- Deduct TDS on employee salaries as per applicable tax slabs.
- Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns and issue Form 16 to employees.

**Statutory Reporting and Audits**:

- Ensure all statutory filings are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll management and statutory compliance (EPF, PT, TDS), preferably in the NGO sector.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, income tax regulations, and payroll systems.
- Proficiency in payroll software and tools like Tally, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
