Peon

The Office Peon is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the office, assisting with basic kitchen duties, and providing support to staff by performing various tasks, including making tea, serving water, and dusting surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Tea and Beverage Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff and visitors as required.
- Ensure the kitchen area is stocked with necessary supplies for beverage preparation.
- **Serving Water**:

- Regularly check and refill water dispensers.
- Serve water to staff and visitors as needed.
- **Cleaning and Dusting**:

- Dust and clean office tables, counters, and other surfaces to maintain a tidy environment.
- Ensure common areas are clean and presentable.
- **Kitchen Handling**:

- Assist with basic kitchen duties, including washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Help organize and restock kitchen supplies.
- **Support Tasks**:

- Assist with setting up and cleaning up during meetings or events.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors to support office operations.

Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of office cleanliness and hygiene.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
