**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and raising accurate Purchase Orders based on internal requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for:

- Invoice submission and required documentation
- Payment updates and follow-ups with the finance team
- Dispatch schedules and delivery timelines
- Resolving delays, discrepancies, or partial shipments
- Track procurement records and maintain internal trackers for delivery and status updates.
- Liaise with internal teams (Finance, QC, Warehouse) for seamless processing of goods and payments.
- Handle post-QC rejections — coordinate returns, replacements, or credit notes with vendors.
- Keep organized records of POs, vendor communication, and delivery confirmations.
- Escalate issues to Mahesh when needed and provide regular updates on open items.

**Option 1: Graduate Profile**
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in procurement, vendor coordination, or supply chain operations.
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

**Option 2: Experienced Undergraduate**
- Minimum education**:HSC (12th pass)** or equivalent.
- Strong Excel and communication skills (English not mandatory).
- Previous experience in:

- A **cosmetics/beauty/FMCG retailer** managing procurement
- Or a **wholesaler/distributor** dealing with retail clients

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with eCommerce or retail vendor coordination
- Understanding of finance processes like **invoice matching** and **GRN (Goods Receipt Note)**:

- Experience with high-SKU or fast-moving inventory systems is a plus
