IB Chemistry Educator - Full-Time (Freshers Welcome)

Key Responsibilities
- **Curriculum Delivery**: Teach IB Chemistry (MYP and/or DP) aligned with IB frameworks.
- **Lesson Planning**: Create structured, inquiry-based, and engaging lesson plans.
- **Assessment**: Develop formative/summative assessments and provide actionable feedback.
- **Student Support**: Offer personalized academic mentorship tailored to each student’s learning path.
- **Content Creation**: Design learning materials such as lesson videos, worksheets, and slides.
- **Content Recording**: Record clear and high-quality educational videos for online platforms.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated on IB strategies, educational tools, and best practices.
- **Extracurriculars**: Support science fairs, competitions, and other enrichment activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Master’s in Chemistry or a related field (required)
- **Experience (preferred)**:

- Teaching: 1 year
- Lesson planning/content creation: 1 year
- Overall: 1 year
- **Skills**:

- Strong command of English (spoken & written)
- Digital literacy, especially with online teaching and video tools
- Familiarity with IB MYP or DP curriculum (Preferred but not mandatory)

Additional Information

**Pay**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

**Commute/Relocation**: Should be able to reliably commute or plan relocation before joining
