**Job Title: Assistant Professor (Commerce - Finance)**

**Job Summary**:
As part of our academic team, the Assistant Professors will contribute to the teaching, research, and development of courses that bridge theory and practice in the financial sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students in **Financial Modeling** or **Project Management**.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and deliver course material aligned with the latest industry trends and practices.
- Assess student performance through examinations, assignments, and individual/group projects.
- Facilitate hands-on learning and simulation exercises related to financial modeling and project management techniques.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and regularly update course content in response to emerging trends and industry needs.
- Innovate and integrate industry tools and software (e.g., Excel, R, Python, Microsoft Project, etc.) into the curriculum.
- **Research and Development**:

- Publish research papers in reputable journals and contribute to knowledge dissemination in finance.
- Supervise student research and provide guidance on finance-related projects.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Participate in departmental and institutional meetings, academic committees, and other administrative functions.
- Contribute to student mentorship, provide academic counseling, and support career development initiatives.
- Engage in professional development and maintain up-to-date knowledge on finance industry advancements.

**Qualifications and Eligibility**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- UGC NET qualification in Commerce or Finance is mandatory.
- Must be enrolled in a Ph.D. program in Finance, Project Management, or related fields (preferred).
- Master’s degree (M.Com, MBA in Finance, etc.) with specialization in **Finance**, **Financial Modeling**, **Project Management**, or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 55% marks throughout the academic career (10th, 12th, UG, and PG).
- **Experience**:

- 0-2 years of teaching experience in finance or related fields.
- Practical experience in financial modeling, project management, or industry exposure will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, VBA, R, Python, SAP, MS Project, etc.).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
