**Job Qualification and Skills**:

- Must have completed BAMS or MS (Ayu).
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations.
- Should have knowledge about Nutraceutical formulations.
- Should have good understanding of nutritional ingredients, basic product formulation based on nutrient contents and their claims in Ayurveda.
- Should have knowledge of ingredient interactions/ functionalities and compatibility of ingredients in Ayurvedic formulation.
- Proven ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
- Ability and drive to solve practical problems.
- Strong communicational and organizational skills.

**Job description**:

- Formulate, optimization and improve the product design/formulation based on nutrition value and ingredient interaction according to Ayurveda.
- Leads the design, planning, validation, and implementation of new ayurvedic nutraceutical products.
- Develop prototype of products based on different segments to cater the requirement.
- Work in collaboration with other team members to achieve and derive possible new and better product formulations.
- Value add to the nutrient concoctions/ formulations and enhance the potency of formulation/ ingredients.
- Identify opportunities for competitive market advantage.
- Generate and support pipeline work to drive cost optimization through formulation and processing efficiencies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,348.08 per month
