E-invoicing preparation through Tally Prime
- GST knowldege and Tally Prime experience is must
- Daily Billing / Submit Schedule for Daily funding (anywhere between 500-1000 invoices daily)
- Excel file that is composed of all the daily billing and any additional invoices that may be funded. Updating any invoices that must be corrected.
- Preparing account statements for customers.
- Each person is assigned anywhere between 15-30 customers, varies on workload
- Each person will be cross trained on all accounts for billing/collections
- Update excels/calls to track and monitor payments, correcting/addressing any past posted mistakes
- Correcting / addressing any discrepancies with billing/collections that may decrease the amount of future corrections
- Excel knowledge
- Set up Customers in software when onboarded with information provide
- Assist coworkers with duties
- Other misc. items that pop up daily.
- Maintain customer records by updating billing addresses, point of contacts, contact information as needed
- Obtain proof of delivery from drivers or receivers if necessary

Requirements: - English - Previous experience as a billing clerk or in a similar role - Knowledge of Microsoft excel and basic computer knowledge - Working knowledge of accounting standards - Strong organizational and time-management skills. Tally Prime experience;
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure - Excellent math skills. - Strong attention to detail. - Strong Communication Skills - Problem solving - Critical Thinking
- Phone Etiquette.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
