Pvt. Ltd. You support our team as **Lab Technician - R&D (F/M/D)**: **Responsibilities**: - Assist chemists and manager in conducting product development & technical service activities - To prepare small quantities of intermediates, finished products & development lab samples. - Perform chemical and physical testing on routine and non-routine samples; - Maintain laboratory notebook. Accurately record all observations and experimental data. - Housekeeping (lab glassware, retained sample stores, lab bench etc.) Maintain a clean, safe work environment. - Production support activities like scale up of manufacturing from lab-scale to the plant scale; - Assisting manufacturing operations in the development and implementation of new/modified production methods to improve quality and productivity; - Work as a team member to implement the lab safety policy. To promote general awareness of lab safety and a safe work environment. - Travel to customer site for sales support during trial and customer complaint. **Qualifications**: - B Sc Chemistry or equivalent degree in chemistry with 0-2 years of similar work experience in a research or quality control laboratory of an industrial enterprise. - Should have hands on experience in lab activities; should be willing to work with mínimal guidance after training. - Must possess the written & oral skills in English to effectively communicate observations / technical information to enable interpretation. - Ability to work on multiple projects. - Aptitude to learn and work in the laboratory to complete the activities in an accurate and timely manner.
