**Job Description**:
1. Compiling business plans, finance models, liasoning with JV partners,
2. Treasury Management, liasoning with banks, handling LC / Bank guarantee, Forex and daily banking operations
3. Preparation of projections, CMA Data, Cash flow statements and getting credit facilities sanctioned from banks, security creations etc.
4. Budgetary control and variance analysis
5. Monthly closure of financials i.e. monthly P&L and Balance sheets and financial analysis reporting
6. Handling internal audits / Statutory audits, finalization of balance sheet under IGAAP and Ind AS - Exposed to Accounting Standards issued by ICAI and MCA and ensuring accounting in compliance to these accounting standards
7. Merger / acquisition accounting and compliances
8. Ensuring and execution of income tax compliances i.e. tax returns / assessments, tax planning
9. Exposed to Indirect taxation service tax / Excise / VAT / GST compliances
10. Debtors / Creditors control
