Job Description:
The Design Store is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Showroom Administrator to join our team in Mohali. This role combines general administrative responsibilities with social media management to ensure smooth operations and enhance our online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Telecalling & Lead Conversion**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on incoming leads.
- Clearly explain product features (e.g., designer wallpapers, interior décor items).
- Understand customer requirements and offer customized solutions.
- **Customer Interaction & Relationship Building**:

- Handle queries with confidence and professionalism.
- Build rapport with clients through warm and engaging conversations.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through timely updates and follow-ups.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the in-store or field sales team with appointment bookings and follow-through.
- Update CRM with daily call logs, lead status, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the design or operations team for product sharing and sampling.
- **Product Promotion**:

- Follow up with interested customers to encourage visits or purchases.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-3 years** experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Fluent in **Hindi and English** (Punjabi is a plus).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
- Confidence in phone-based conversations and soft selling.
- Basic computer knowledge - MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, CRM software usage.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
