**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Minimum exp : 2yrs
- Need Facebook Ads and Google Ads Specialist
- Must have strong eCommerce experience, with a thorough understanding of the Shopify platform.
- You’re an expert in Facebook Ads, having directly managed large budget campaigns with results to show.
- Research about our competitors, different videos, landing pages, etc
- Writing Ads Copy & creating required graphics.
- Testing variations of ads to determine the best performing
- Continuous monitoring of results and improvement of ads
- Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
- Work with other departments (e.g. product development, creative and merchandising) to ensure goal and strategy alignment, as well as to maintain brand identity
- Knowing that CRO is just as important as your campaigns, you are well-versed in post-click conversion and what it takes to convert traffic at a high rate.
- You’re a conceptual thinker, someone able to create a range of ideas and strategies for campaigns along with having total confidence in your execution and communication.
- Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
