Opening to Office Administrator for Entertainment company virtuals : films event media & PR.

Coordinate project deliverables

Complete computer knowledge of office softwares

Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking

Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
Provide administrative support for operations team
Monitor the production staff
Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the office
Schedule travel arrangements for senior executives as well as clients, when applicable
Maintain office supply inventory
Retrieve documents and files when requested
Assist HR with sorting and collating resumes
Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
Light accounting duties
Create, edit, and update spreadsheets
Schedules meetings based on staff and room availability
Assists administrators and executives with duties on an as-needed basis
Copy, digitize and file office documents

Handle Studio and its affairs
Keep track of inventory and work with supply vendors to ensure a well-stocked office.
Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format.
Coordinate communication between various departments, schedule meetings, distribute reports and keep all parties informed of general business operations.
Operate and maintain office machinery, including copiers, fax machines and printers.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban - 400053, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 4 years (preferred)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)
