Updating and ensuring the accuracy of patient health records by adding new information about diagnoses, procedures, medications, and other relevant data by listening the recorded calls.
- Reviewing medical records to ensure they are complete and accurate.
- Diagnosing medical conditions based on symptoms presented in the medical record.
- Performing administrative tasks such as typing reports and maintaining databases.

**Skills and Experience**:

- **Years of Experience: 2 to 10 years**:

- **Willing to work in US shifts**:

- Graduation in Science
- Experience of US Health care systems is Preferred.
- Experience in Hospital Management System or Hospital Information System experience.
- Excellent English professional writing skills; including advanced proficiency in grammar and spelling.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to understand diverse accents and dialects of physicians, their staff and patients.
- Familiarity with medical terminology & medical summarization.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
