**Responsibilities**
- Define and lead the cloud architecture strategy, roadmap and technical direction for Azure-native solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture designs ensuring alignment with security, compliance and governance policies
- Evaluate and recommend cloud-native technologies, tools and frameworks to optimize performance, cost-efficiency and scalability on Azure
- Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews and performance assessments to ensure adherence to architecture guidelines and reliability of solutions
- Define and implement CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code solutions using Azure DevOps, ARM templates, Terraform or similar tools
- Lead and mentor development teams on Azure cloud-native architecture best practices, design patterns and coding standards
- Stay updated with the latest Azure services features and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions that drive business value

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a solution architect with a focus on Azure cloud-native solutions
- Expertise in Azure services and capabilities, including but not limited to Azure Functions, Azure App Service, AKS, Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Storage and Azure Key Vault
- Skills in cloud-native architecture patterns such as microservices, serverless computing and containerization
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Qualifications in Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or related certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation and configuration management tools
- Understanding of security best practices, identity management and data encryption in Azure
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
