**Position**:Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - Mathematics

**Location**: Mohali, Punjab

**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons for middle and secondary school (grades 5-10).
- Develop lesson plans in line with the CBSE curriculum and academic goals of the school.
- Conduct assessments and maintain student records under school guidelines.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills through innovative teaching strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school management to promote a cohesive learning environment.
- Prepare students for internal assessments and external exams, including Olympiads or CBSE board evaluations.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and training programs.
- Use technology tools (smartboards, educational apps) to enhance learning outcomes.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics**:

- **B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)** - Mandatory.
- **CTET Paper II** - Qualified (as per CBSE norms).
- Minimum **5 years of teaching experience** in Mathematics, preferably in a CBSE school.
- Proficient in using digital tools for classroom instruction and student engagement.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students of varying learning levels.
- Familiarity with assessment techniques and modern pedagogical methods.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,686.29 per month

Work Location: In person
