**Job Title**: Sage Technician

**Experience**:3 to 5 yrs
**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, and maintain Sage software solutions (ERP, CRM, Payroll, or Accounting modules, e.g., Sage 50, Sage 200, Sage X3).
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings within Sage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between Sage and other systems (Excel, payroll, banking, etc.).
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, migrations, data backups, and recovery.
- Generate, customize, and optimize reports using Sage reporting tools (e.g., Sage Intelligence, Crystal Reports).
- Customize templates and workflows to meet business requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to staff to ensure effective use of Sage systems.
- Document system configurations, support processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Liaise with Sage support or third-party vendors for escalated issues.
- Monitor system performance, identify risks, and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience working with Sage software (similar to QuickBooks support roles).
- Understanding of accounting principles and ERP workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools is an advantage.

**Shift**: Night Shift
**Package**: 50-65k per month
