**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and understand the target audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape to develop compelling content ideas.
- Produce a variety of content types including articles, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, infographics, and video scripts.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and ensure content is relevant and valuable to the target audience.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing and IT.
- Manage content calendars, schedules, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of content projects.
- Analyze content performance metrics and user feedback to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
- Contribute to content brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance the effectiveness of content initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role in the IT industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience optimizing content for search engines.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for technology and writing.
- Portfolio of published articles, blog posts, or other written materials demonstrating writing proficiency and expertise in IT topics.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
