The AC Technician is responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of all air conditioning systems and related equipment in the hotel, ensuring optimal guest comfort and energy efficiency. The role includes preventive maintenance, prompt response to breakdowns, and adhering to safety and operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on central and split AC units, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and repair HVAC systems accordingly.
- Monitor and control hotel temperature systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Clean and replace air filters, check refrigerant levels, and top up when necessary.
- Install new air conditioning systems as required.
- Maintain logs of all maintenance and repair work.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with other engineering staff to troubleshoot and solve facility-related issues.
- Ensure tools and equipment are used properly and maintained in good condition.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
