**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a reliable and organized **Service Operations Assistant (Air Conditioning)** to support our daily service activities. This role involves assisting technicians, coordinating service requests, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth operations at the AC service center.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist service technicians with repair, maintenance, and installation of air conditioning units.
- Manage service documentation including job cards, service logs, and status updates.
- Communicate with customers for scheduling, job updates, and feedback.
- Track and manage stock of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely availability of spare parts.
- Assist in preparing service reports and basic billing documents.
- Handle minor administrative tasks and support front-desk service inquiries.
- Talk to multiple customers, dealers, and technicians daily over phone calls to coordinate service requests, confirm appointments, and resolve issues.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass preferred.
- Basic understanding of AC systems or willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and/or English.
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work in a team environment.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience in an AC or electronics service center is a plus but not required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
