Position :PR Intern
**JOB ROLE**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective PR strategies that align with Panache Design Studio’s objectives and brand goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing PR strategies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful PR campaigns and press releases.
- Familiarity with the Indian market and public sentiment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in PR tools and platforms for monitoring and reporting.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of public relations principles and practices.
- Proven ability to develop and execute compelling and engaging PR campaigns.
- Strong crisis management and strategic communication skills.
- Expertise in crafting effective press releases.
- Knowledge of industry trends and the media landscape.
- Strong analytical skills to assess PR effectiveness.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability to changing industry dynamics and evolving communication platforms.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, track industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.
- Create impactful PR campaigns that build and maintain a positive brand image.
- Manage crisis situations by developing crisis management plans and ensuring timely communication to stakeholders.
- Write compelling press releases that convey key messages and attract media coverage.
- Coordinate and execute product launch campaigns to maximize exposure and ensure positive public reception.
- Stay updated on industry trends, adapting PR strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor, measure, and report on PR efforts’ effectiveness, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and executive leadership, to ensure consistent messaging and integrated communication strategies.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
