**Position**: Project Coordinator
**Location**: Bhavishya Bharat, Plot No. 5-75, Sri Sai Green Lands, Near Pullur Toll Plaza, Panchalingala Village, Kurnool, Kurnool District, 518004
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
**Education**: MSW (Master of Social Work) or MPH (Master of Public Health)
**Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project implementation within the development sector.
- Oversee the implementation of project activities in selected villages and ensure adherence to timelines and objectives.
- Coordinate with field teams, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, preparing regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between field teams, the management, and partner organisations.
- Plan and conduct awareness campaigns, training sessions, and community mobilisation activities.
- Manage project resources effectively, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with organisational policies.
- Identify challenges in project implementation and propose actionable solutions to the management team.
- Build and maintain relationships with local government officials, community leaders, and other relevant stakeholders.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
