Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and generating leads. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective clients, engage them in conversation, and set up appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a prepared script.
- Provide information about our products and services and answer any questions.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong relationship with prospective clients.
- Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service or sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the digital marketing or technology industry.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
