**Job Title/Designation: Cosmetologist**

**Salary Bracket: INR 45,000 to INR 95,000 depending on experience and performance**

The Cosmetologist will be responsible for performing advanced hair loss

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform Growth Factor Concentrate (GFC) treatments and other hair loss solutions.
- If qualified, perform additional cosmetic procedures such as fillers and Botox.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Educate clients on the benefits and outcomes of various cosmetic procedures.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in cosmetology and incorporate them into practice.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive treatment package sales and increase client retention.
- Ensure all treatments are performed in compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Required Skills**:

- Expertise in GFC: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Growth Factor Concentrate treatments.
- Cosmetic Procedures: Proficiency in performing fillers, Botox, and other relevant cosmetic procedures (preferred but not mandatory).
- Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively recommend and upsell treatments.
- Client Consultation: Excellent communication and consultation skills to understand client needs and build trust.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to performing treatments and maintaining client records.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism, with a focus on delivering exceptional client care.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous experience as a cosmetologist with expertise in GFC and other cosmetic treatments.
- Proven track record in sales within the beauty or cosmetic industry.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time position.
**- Monday off, working on Sundays.**
**- Typical working hours: 11 AM to 8 PM**
