**Job Title**: Junior Graphic Designer
**Location**: Chennai, On-Site

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing engaging social media creatives for various platforms (digital and print).
- Support the development and management of brand identity, including logos and visual guidelines.
- Create visually appealing banners, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding across all touchpoints.
- Manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of design work.
- Experience in a creative agency is preferred.
- Familiarity with the retail industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and time management skills.
