**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Accounts Assistant** to support our finance team in day-to-day accounting, customer communication, and documentation. This role involves managing routine accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with customers over calls for payments and document follow-ups, and ensuring proper filing of all financial and operational paperwork.
**Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting Support**:
- Record daily transactions in accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks).
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Track and update accounts receivable and payable.
- Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filing.
**2. Customer Coordination**:
- Call and follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Confirm invoice receipt and resolve basic billing queries.
- Maintain a follow-up log and share payment status updates.
- Handle customer documentation requirements or escalate issues as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting and back office support roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks).
- Good communication skills for customer interaction (both verbal and written).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in customer support or follow-up calling.
- Understanding of basic taxation (GST, TDS) and invoice structure.
- Familiarity with document management and filing systems.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
