**Job Description/ Key Responsibilities**:

- Speed of Execution: Copywriting, Production, Editing & Finalization
- Reduced CAC - Customer Acquisition Cost through high-performing ad creative
- Winning Creative Ratio: Increase Percentage of ad formats that consistently outperform benchmark

**Require Skills**
- Experience with crafting video/image ads for eCommerce brands
- Trend Spotting: Stay updated on platform-specific trends, ad formats & algorithm updates (Meta, Google Ads, etc.), AI Tools & Techniques
- Understand what it takes to produce excellent photos & videos
- Understanding of how to interpret digital advertising performance & know what phrases like Thumbstop, CTR, CVR, and CPC mean
- Fluent in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
- Embrace an experimentation mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
