Job Description: Billing Coordinator Location: Hyderabad Company: Kanopy Diagnostics Position Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Billing Coordinator to manage and streamline the billing process for our diagnostic operations. The role requires accuracy, speed, and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities**:Effectively manage high sample volumes with precision while collaborating closely with team members** Oversee sample tracking to ensure timely processing and minimize errors **The Billing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining adherence to TAT, starting from the receipt of the TRF in the department through accurate entry of customer details, barcode generation, and proper acceptance and receipt of samples** Coordinate with the logistics team to address cases where TRFs or samples do not reach the billing department. **Liaise with the Logistics Manager to promptly address delays when riders do not arrive on time.** Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the billing team to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. **Oversee, maintain, and update the sample entry master record on a daily basis as per NABL standards** Oversee, maintain, and regularly update records of sample rejections and repeats on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and traceability as per NABL standards Qualifications & Skills**:4-6 years of experience in diagnostic laboratory operations; prior coordination/ supervisory experience preferred.** Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or related field. **Excellent communication and problem solving skills.** Ability to work under pressure **High attention to detail and accuracy.** Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS) and MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
