Position Overview:
The Student Counselor at our Robotics & AI Education Institute is a key role responsible for providing guidance and support to students enrolled in our programs. This individual will play a vital role in fostering a positive learning environment, addressing student concerns, and ensuring a smooth educational experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Academic Guidance: Provide personalised academic counseling to students, assisting with course selection, study plans, and academic performance monitoring.

Career Counseling: Offer guidance on career paths within the field of robotics and artificial intelligence, helping students align their education with future aspirations.

Emotional Support: Act as a supportive figure, addressing students' personal and emotional concerns, and facilitating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise between students, ensuring a harmonious educational environment.

Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with students, faculty, and parents to address concerns and provide updates on students' progress.

Orientation Programs: Organize and conduct orientation programs to help new students acclimate to the institute, its resources, and expectations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in maths, physics, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Knowledge or background in robotics and AI education is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to empathise and understand the unique challenges of students in the field.

**Salary**: ₹9,086.07 - ₹27,474.59 per month
