Finishing Foreman

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ø Supervise and coordinate finishing trades on construction sites

Ø Ensure all finishing work meets quality and safety standards

Ø Inspect completed work and address deficiencies

Ø Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors

Ø Schedule and plan daily finishing activities

Ø Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of tasks

Ø Maintain accurate records and progress reports

Ø Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Ø Order and manage materials and supplies

Ø Resolve on-site issues and conflicts

Ø Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety protocols

Ø Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Ø Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman

Ø Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction processes

Ø Excellent leadership and team management skills

Ø Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Ø Strong attention to detail and quality control

Ø Decent communication and good interpersonal skills

Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Ø Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures

Ø Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
