**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor trading terminals during market hours
- Ensure real-time data accuracy and system uptime
- Assist traders with software-related queries and troubleshooting
- Maintain logs and reports of system performance
- Coordinate with IT support for system updates and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with internal security protocols

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of stock markets and trading platforms preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and trading software (e.g., ODIN etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
