**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage end-to-end exchange operations, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting. This role is best suited for someone with prior experience in a broking firm and a strong understanding of SEBI and exchange guidelines. As part of a lean and dynamic finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, managing day-to-day interactions with exchanges (NSE, BSE, MCX), and supporting the firm’s internal and external audit processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance & Regulatory Reporting**:
- Prepare and submit reports & returns required by SEBI, exchanges, and internal stakeholders.
- Track regulatory deadlines and ensure timely filings such as net worth certificates, transaction reports, and compliance certificates. Stay updated on changes in compliance regulations and ensure internal processes are aligned.- **Statutory Compliance**:
- Support monthly and quarterly filings for GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
- Coordinate with consultants and auditors for statutory audits and tax filings. Assist in maintaining compliance checklists and internal SOPs.- **Audit Support & Documentation**:
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial and compliance processes.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and provide required data. Assist in responding to regulatory queries or inspections.**Qualifications & Skills**:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Intermediate (preferred).
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in a stock broking or capital markets firm.
- Strong understanding of exchange operations, SEBI regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and compliance/reporting tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with multiple teams. Self-starter with the ability to manage deadlines and multitask.
