**Instructional Responsibilities**:
1. Take dance classes to students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced

2. Plan and deliver age-appropriate dance curriculum.

3. Develop individualized lesson plans that address the physical, creative, and emotional needs of students.

4. Integrate dance techniques with music, rhythm, and other performing arts disciplines.

1. **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
- Foster a collaborative atmosphere that encourages student participation, creativity, and self-expression.
- Manage classroom behavior, establishing clear expectations and maintaining discipline in a constructive manner.

2. **Student Performance**:

- Organize and prepare students for performances, recitals, or school showcases.
- Choreograph dance routines for school events, ensuring all students have the opportunity to perform.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students in developing their performance skills.
- Organize rehearsals, coordinate costume selections, and assist with set design or staging as necessary.

3. **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Monitor and assess students' progress in dance technique, creativity, and performance.
- Provide feedback on individual student performance and suggest areas for improvement.
- Write and submit progress reports for students and communicate with parents or guardians as required.

4. **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with trends and best practices in dance education.
- Attend professional development workshops, conferences, and other relevant training opportunities.

5. **Extracurricular Involvement**:

- Supervise or lead after-school dance clubs, competitions, or extracurricular performances.
- Encourage students to participate in local or regional dance festivals and competitions.
- Foster a sense of community within the school through dance initiatives, such as school assemblies or outreach programs.

**Educational Qualification:

- **
- A Bachelor’s degree in Dance, Education, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

**Experience**:

- Prior teaching experience with atleast 2years (preferably in a school or educational setting) is highly desirable.
- Experience choreographing dance routines and managing performances

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
