1. General Ledger Management:

- Assist in maintaining the general ledger by accurately recording financial transactions.
- Classify and code invoices, expenses, and receipts for proper allocation.

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

- Process invoices, match purchase orders, and verify payment terms.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and customers.
- Assist with collections and follow-up on outstanding payments.

3. Bank Reconciliation:

- Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.
- Identify discrepancies and collaborate with senior accountants to resolve them.

4. Data Entry and Documentation:

- Accurately input financial data into accounting software and databases.
- Maintain organized and updated financial records for easy retrieval.
