Job Descriptions:

- A Data Entry Operator is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data while performing tasks that support the organization's data management needs.

Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems.

Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Convert data from paper formats into digital formats using data entry software.

Maintain and manage databases, ensuring data is organized and easy to access.

Perform routine data backups and recover data as needed.

generate and prepare reports from the database for analysis or distribution.

Ensure data entry meets the company's standards and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.

Proficiency in data entry software and MS Office Suite.

Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.
